Hey ya old fucks.
No idea if anyone will ever read this, but in case you ever wonder what happened to me, here's whats up:
-I became a career mechanic, still am, learned a lot in this time.
-I wasted 5 years of my life on a toxic relationship that ended in disaster but thankfully left no baggage behind, just a lot of lost time, money and friends.
-I made new friends, and finally started easing my way into the car scene and drifting. Currently renting a shop with these guys and building 3 very diffrent cars at once.
-I sold my 240 many years ago, as the car was too much of a project for someone like me at the time, bought a 1990 Camaro instead, and let it sit for 7 years after it broke down and I couldn't fix it. After a year of saving and buying 1 piece at a time, I now have an almost running 450whp 100% ground up restored (floors, rockers, trunk were completely rusted out) camaro built to be my first proper drift car. To this day I have still never "properly" drifted a car on dry pavement, pretty fucking sad I know.
-I built up a lot of driving experience in the last 2 years, hopefully my winter drifting skills can transfer over into actual drifting because I got the point of being able to do consistant 120kph 360 entries on snow.
-I also got hard into motorcycles, starting with a heavy pig of a cruiser, and now my late night commute in the summer is my own personal Isle of Man on the CBR. Honstly surprised I'm still alive, and still expecting to die on that bike, with no plans of slowing down.
-I still play vidya, just not nearly as often. You might catch me on Assetto under the name KingSlayer. After all of us finally fell off SA-MP, I went over to rFactor and joined Keisuke (If you remember him from his RedSuns Community on SA), and finally transfered my SA keyboard talents to wheel, which in complete honesty only took about a week to really get the hang of. I never made much in the way of videos or content there, so I guess you'll just have to believe me that I became a drift god on that shit. Assetto too. Me and Vertex played the shit out of FiveM and GTA Online until both us faded out of existence, saw a lot of you old SA guys there, was fun.
That's pretty much it, can't really say my life has been very eventful, but I'm trying to change that in these last couple of years, been really branching out and doing new things. Only excuse that I'll give is how absolutely fucked Canada's economy has been ever since I left home, it's almost impossible to even have a hobby nowadays, not sure what I'm still doing here lol.
I also just want to apolgize to everyone that knew me on SA, because after looking back through the posts on this blog and all the rest of my blogs; holy fuck was I an ego-driven shit disturber, how the fuck did I have any friends at all on here? So a big thank you as well for somehow managing to deal with my bullshit, because my friends list was huge here, and it was a lot of fun.
Future plans are to start using this blog again with a conversion to updates on real life, and my getting back more into racing sims. Yeah I realize blogspot is a dead platform, but I'm not looking for a following, maybe just to get back in touch with some old mates and continue the [TDSD]Excel240k saga. Might be fun, yno?
Add me on discord: Excel240k
Honestly that's about the only place you'll reach me atm

Hope your all doing well.
Restored the blog. Glad I keep almost all of my old files and just stack up my HDD's.
Yeah.. I hope all you (now) old bastards that might nostalgia trip on this blog are doing well. We shared a lot of fun moments together, and if your like me, you realize there were a lot more than you took for granted. It's quite bizarre growing up spending a lot of your time divided between real life, and a game shared by a bunch of rando's from all over the world that you will likely never meet or even hear their voices. Well whatever you think of it, I hope you've all figured out how to manage your lives and be happy with it.
Just like the rest of my forgotten promises, I'll "try" to update the info on this blog if anyone wants to get in touch. Hopefully I can piece together the LNT blog as well.
In case I don't see you,
Good Morning
Good Afternoon
and Good luck.

2 Full Albums
Two albums I uploaded on YouTube:
Mobile - Tales from the City (2008)
-An almost forgotten modern alt.rock group which made a few really memorable songs years ago, half of which I never knew were by this band until I stumbled upon them only about 1 year ago.

Collective Soul - Youth (2004)
-An older band I used to listen to a lot while on family roadtrips, they've got a slightly different style which fits more into the Alternative rock genre, and plenty of great songs. This band has managed to stay on Canadian radiowaves for the longest time, alongside other bands such as the Dave Matthews Band, Big Wreck, or even Rush.

How To: Handling lines in SA-MP 0.3x
The most popular posts on this blog are all the ones about getting handling lines to work. Unfortunately I haven't made one for SAMP 0.3x, until now.
Compared to the other tutorials which all involved the use of m0d_sobeit, this is a lot more simple and will hopefully satisfy those who still lurk on here looking for line info.
Step 1)
-Download the Custom.SAA files from the link below:

Step 1)
-Download the Custom.SAA files from the link below:
Step 2)
-Extract all of the included files into your main GTA SA Directory.
(Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\GTA San Andreas)
Step 3)
-Replace the files in the extracted CustomSAA2 folder with all of your modified data files.
Make sure that your modified files are supported by Custom.SAA, this means that you can only
replace files in the CustomSAA2 folder, not add any new ones.

How To: Fix .ASI Loader Problems (hopefully)
So yesterday I decided to re-install Cleo and hopefully be able to use various .asi and .cs plugins, which are now going to be included with any car mods I make to enhance gameplay; however I ran into a rather annoying issue which took away 6 hours of my life.
This write-up will hopefully help GTA users fix the following errors:
-ERangeError.
-Error loading plugin: ----
-.ASI files not enabling.
You may have already tried:
-Switching .ASI loaders (Cleo 3, Cleo 4, JernejL, SilentPL, dinput8, etc...)
-Changing DEP (Data Execution Prevention).
-Changing EXE's (1.0, 1.0 HOODLUM, 1.0 Compact, 1.01, US & EU)
-Removing all mods / Reinstalling GTA.
-Etc..
I honestly can't tell you with 100% certainty what fixed it for me, although this is what I do know:
-The issue occurs with Vista, 7 and 8.
-Make sure that you have a 32 bit version of a gta_sa.exe. Likely 1.0 or 1.01 which are known to work. Having a 64 bit version will not allow the DEP to bypass the .exe.
-Configure your DEP to bypass the gta_sa.exe, personally I set the DEP to OptIn (Essential Windows programs only), although it has been mentioned by other users that AlwaysOff or OptOut will work as well, so long as you add your 32 bit .exe to the exceptions / bypass list. RESTART your PC once changing the DEP.
After doing exactly what I've mentioned above I still had no luck with any of the .ASI loaders listed before; the one that did work is likely an out-dated version of Cleo 3's ASI loader which came from my old HD.

Special Preview
Taking a quick look into my blogs statistics, it seems that even with the new and increased amount of posts, I'm still only receiving about 10-15 views each day, with usually 9/10 being older posts about getting handling lines to work, or just outdated posts.
So to all of you out there, the 1/10, here is a special preview of a side-project I'm working on in correspondence to Robada Pass:
Maybe I'll get more hits with this?
EDIT: Received 1 view as of 11:00 P.M. Oct.3
