Holy fuck.

You people really haven't made it anywhere in terms of drifting. The fact of the matter is (The Law of Drift):

Honestly, how thick-headed do you have to be. If you would actually take the time to go in-game and try each one out for yourself (Stock, Nitrous, Handling) or watch several others do each, you will notice one thing: You will still drive the same driving line, with equal quality drifts.

Drifting itself is completely controlled by the driver. The driver is the only thing that really matters when drifting happens. If you happen to adjust your suspension or drift with nitrous, it is only a matter of the >DRIVER< adjusting to the new feel, and after the driver does so, he will be able to do drifts of equal quality as he was doing before.

[b]YES.[/b] People use handlings and nitrous to make their drifts longer and with more angle, but all in all if you had someone rate the driving, it would all be the same.

A description of the "modern" GTA Drift scene:
-A group of people who continually strive to be the best, but constantly get side-tracked and start spending all of their time making repetitive video's, downloading the latest car and map mods, learning how to steal parts from other cars and make ricers for their movies, joining a ridiculous amount of clans without even knowing anything about it (What the letters stand for), and then bitching 24/7 on Forums, blogs, websites and even on the in-game chatbox about how Stock beats Nitrous and how Nitrous beats Handlings and the opposite ways around.

I've had the "great fortune" of watching the drift community grow since GTA Rumble, GTA:T, MTA:Race, SA:MP 0.1b,0.2.1,0.2.2,0.3 and every day / week is just gets more pathetic. It was actually something to look forward to being apart of back in 05-07, but when 2008 came, people invented these fucked up mind-sets like those already discussed.

The point: Shut the fuck up, grab a fucking elegy, Lamborghini, Ferrari, buccaneer, whatever the fuck you want, and go slide it around a corner, make some friends, and make videos that are actually worth watching.
